With over 50 years of extensive experience in the mechanical construction industry, P. N. Bhaskaran is the driving force behind Plus Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. His illustrious career began with leading roles in several reputed companies, including an impressive 22-year tenure at L&T, where he honed his technical and managerial expertise. In 1983, fueled by entrepreneurial ambition and a vision to redefine engineering practices, he co-founded Peeyen alongside his brother, P. N. Rajan. Their success led to the establishment of Kadbro, and eventually, in 1989, the formation of Plus Tech Firm, which laid the groundwork for what would become Plus Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in 1993. Under his visionary leadership, Plus Tech has grown into a trusted name in the industry, renowned for its commitment to quality, innovative solutions, and operational excellence. His unwavering focus on integrity, sustainability, and continuous improvement continues to inspire the entire organization.
Kanaka Bhaskaran
Director
Kanaka Bhaskaran as a director has interest and experience for more than three decades in finance and governance. She is responsibly for the entire finance function of the company with a proven ability to constantly challenge and improve existing processes and systems.
Aparna Bhaskaran
Director
Aparna Bhaskaran has graduated with B.E in Electronics and Telecommunications in 2005. She has worked as a Project Engineer in a leading Indian MNC for 3 years. She joined as whole time Director in 2008 and is handling the portfolio of general administration, accounting and procurement of all sites.

P. N. Rajan, the co-founder of Plus Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd., brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to the company. As a pivotal figure in the growth and development of the organization, he has played a key role in project execution, operational efficiency, and business expansion. His collaborative approach and problem-solving acumen were instrumental in the success of Peeyen (founded in 1983) and Kadbro, before co-establishing Plus Tech Firm in 1989. With a strong background in mechanical construction and a deep understanding of industry dynamics, P. N. Rajan’s leadership has significantly contributed to the company’s reputation for delivering complex projects with precision and excellence.

P R mohanan has over 40 years of site experience executing major projects like offshore platforms, decks, jackets and so on. He brings in valuable insights into our operations department.
Anand Raj Bhaskaran
Director
Anandraj bhaskaran has graduated with a B.E in Mechanical Engineering in 2021. He started as an engineer in the company. He brings fresh energy and vision as the newly appointed director. With a strong passion for project management and a commitment to innovation, he is focused on driving efficiency, fostering growth, and leading the company into its next phase of success.
